1/2 cup strong brewed coffee or 1 shot espresso<br />
1 teaspoon of instant coffee or espresso powder<br />
1 cup of milk<br />
1 cup of frozen vanilla yogurt<br />
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract or<br />
2 teaspoon of chocolate syprup (for mocha)<br />
(Put all in blender and blend away)</p>
<p><strong>Fresh Whipped Cream</strong><br />
1 cup heavy cream<br />
1/4 cup sugar<br />
1 teaspoon vanilla<br />
(Whisk all the ingredients until it&#8217;s fluffy)<br />

1 tablespoon lemon juice<br />
1/2 cup frozen blackberries, or additional 1/2 cup blueberries</p>

Start by combining the yogurt, orange juice, and lemon juice in the blender. Blend it on high speed until the mixture is smooth. Then add the blueberries and blackberries. Blend them on high speed until the fruit is puréed and mixture is smooth. There&#8217;s your smoothie!</p>
