Ingredients
1 cup orange juice
1 (8-ounce) container blackberry low-fat yogurt
1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup frozen blackberries, or additional 1/2 cup blueberries

Directions
Start by combining the yogurt, orange juice, and lemon juice in the blender. Blend it on high speed until the mixture is smooth. Then add the blueberries and blackberries. Blend them on high speed until the fruit is puréed and mixture is smooth. There’s your smoothie!
